This is a pack registration only, not a council registration.
The pack registration will be submitted to council once everyone has signed up.

PLEASE NOTE:
Weblos Woods Camping Trip is only offered to Scouts who are in 3rd or 4th Grade only.
One parent or guardian only is allowed to attend as well.

Please fill out the information below to register your Scout and Parent/Guardian.

Scout's First and Last Name: Parent/Guardian's First and Last Name who is attending trip: Your Scout's Den Number Phone Number: Driver's License Number: Due to new BSA regulations, any adult attending a trip requires them to submit their Driver's License for safety reasons only. This number will not be used for anything other than to protect our scouts in an emergency. FEES: $18 per person Upon submitting this registration, please make a check payable to: Pack 689 in the amount of $36 Please write "Weblos Woods" in the Memo area of the check as a reference.
